Who we are
Naqaa Muscat ("Naqaa", "we", "us") is the cleaning marketplace division of Advanced Modern Innovation Business S.P.C., registered in the Sultanate of Oman under Commercial Registration No. 1663163 (Tax Identification No. 2309744 where applicable). We operate a digital marketplace that connects customers in Muscat with independent cleaning companies ("Partner Companies").
We are a platform operator. We do not provide cleaning services ourselves. Cleaning work is performed by Partner Companies under their own responsibility.

What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our website, booking forms, accounts, and related services (the "Platform").
Partner Companies may process your data separately when they deliver a service. Their practices are governed by their own policies and Oman law. Where we share booking details with a company you selected, that sharing is necessary to fulfil your request.
Data we collect
Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect:
- Identity and contact details (name, phone, email, preferred language)
- Booking details (service type, property type, area, address or landmark, preferred date/time, notes)
- Company and partnership details (business name, CR where provided, contact persons, bank details for payouts - stored encrypted)
- Payment references from our payment gateway (e.g. Thawani session or payment IDs). We do not store full card numbers or CVV
- Technical and usage data (IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP, cookies and similar technologies)
- Communications you send us (in-app chat, email, or forms)
How we use data
We use personal data to:
- Operate the marketplace and route your booking request to the Partner Company you choose
- Communicate about bookings, support, and platform updates
- Process online payments and keep financial records (including platform commission and company payouts)
- Improve security, prevent fraud and abuse, and debug technical issues
- Analyse aggregated, non-identifying trends to improve the Platform
- Meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations in Oman
We do not sell personal data.
Legal bases (general)
We process data because it is necessary to provide the Platform you requested, because we have a legitimate interest in securing and improving the service, because you consented where required (for example certain cookies or optional communications), or because we must comply with applicable law.
Sharing
We may share data with:
- The Partner Company you select, so they can contact you and perform the service
- Payment processors (including Thawani) to complete transactions you initiate
- Hosting, analytics, email, and support providers that help us run the Platform under contract
- Authorities when required by Oman law or valid legal process
International transfers
Our primary systems and support are oriented to Oman. Some service providers may process data outside Oman. Where that occurs, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal retention requirements.
Security
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to a marketplace platform. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
Subject to Oman law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal data, or object to some processing. Contact us using the details above. We may need to verify your identity.
Children
The Platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
Contact and governing law
Advanced Modern Innovation Business S.P.C. operates Naqaa Muscat. This policy is governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes relating to this policy may be brought before the competent courts in Muscat, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
