Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Naqaa Muscat website and marketplace services (the "Platform") operated by Advanced Modern Innovation Business S.P.C. (CR 1663163). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
About Naqaa Muscat
Naqaa Muscat is the cleaning marketplace division of Advanced Modern Innovation Business S.P.C. We connect customers in Muscat with independent cleaning companies ("Partner Companies"). We are a platform operator, not a cleaning service provider.
Bookings and services
When you submit a booking, you request a service from the Partner Company you select. We facilitate introduction, communication, and payment where offered. The cleaning contract is between you and the Partner Company. Service quality, scheduling changes on site, and workmanship are primarily the Partner Company's responsibility, subject to platform policies and applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate booking information and safe access to the property where required.
Partner Companies
Partner Companies are independent businesses. Their listings, pricing, availability, and conduct are their responsibility. We may review or remove partners that breach our standards but do not guarantee any particular outcome of a cleaning job.
Payments
Where online payment is available, transactions may be processed through Thawani or other authorised gateways. You authorise charges for the amounts shown at checkout, including applicable platform fees or commissions disclosed before payment. Refunds and disputes may involve the Partner Company, the payment provider, and platform rules described at checkout or in support communications.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data abusively, harass users or staff, post unlawful content, or interfere with operations. We may suspend or terminate access for breach.
Intellectual property
Naqaa Muscat branding, site content we create, and software are owned by or licensed to Advanced Modern Innovation Business S.P.C. You may not copy or exploit them without permission.
Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for acts or omissions of Partner Companies beyond our legal obligations as platform operator.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Oman law, Advanced Modern Innovation Business S.P.C. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Platform is limited to the fees you paid to us for the relevant transaction in the preceding twelve months, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms, except where prohibited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Muscat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
